## What is Intended?

No streaks to protect. No scores to chase. No guilt when life gets in the way.

Intended counts something else: how many times you came back.

Every small thing you do becomes a square, and the squares only ever grow. There is no empty slot for a day you missed, because days aren't the unit. Go quiet for a week and nothing resets - come back, and the app notices that instead.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose an intention: Gentle Mornings, Winding Down, Through a Hard Season, and six more. Or build your own.
- Four small actions sit underneath it. Swap any of them, or add your own.
- Tap one when you've done it, and say how it landed - glad I did, neutral, took effort.
- That's the whole thing. There is nothing to maintain.

TWO SMALL PRACTICES
- A minute of breath: one slow minute, on screen, whenever you need it. Each one can be saved to Apple Health as a mindful minute if you choose - Intended never reads anything from Health.
- A page of gratitude: a few lines each evening, some for yourself and some for other people. Every month stays readable.

YOUR MONTH, READ BACK TO YOU
- A mosaic of everything you did, coloured by focus area
- How many times you went quiet, and how many times you came back
- A season word for the month (Evening, Steady, Returning) drawn from what actually happened. Never a fixed personality, and it's different next month.

WHEN LIFE GETS IN THE WAY
- Disappear for a while and Intended doesn't scold you. It clears the screen down to one action and asks whether today might be the day.
- Forgot to log yesterday? Add it.
- This part is free, and always will be. Someone who's been away for nine days needs a way back most, and is least likely to be paying for one.

INTENDED+
- A letter about your month: up to four lines, ending in a question rather than a comfort
- Next month's plan, built from what actually happened, with an honest answer to whether the last change worked
- A quiet word before you drift, while the week can still change
- What actually lifts you: which of your actions you're glad you did, and which you aren't
- Your season explained, and every past season kept
- Ten themes including dark mode, home and lock screen widgets, and custom app icons

Six focus areas to draw from: Health, Mood, Self-care, Relationships, Creativity, Home & organization.

Your moments are yours; export them whenever you like.

Built by one person who cares about this as much as you do.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.1.1 — 2026-09-06

• Starting a trial now shows exactly what happens: nothing charged today, the real price on the day it renews, and how to cancel. Every number comes from the App Store.
• Closing the purchase sheet no longer shows an error.
• If prices don't load, the app says so and lets you retry.
• You can skip the name on the welcome screen with one clear tap.
• The welcome-back notes after time away are now in Russian too.
• Profile shows the real app version.

### 2.1 — 2026-09-03

A page of gratitude. A few lines each evening: some for yourself, some for other people. Read back any month whenever you like. Choose daily, a few evenings a week, or once a week; the reminder waits for the evening you picked.

A minute of breath and a page of gratitude now sit together at the top of Today.

Apple Health has its own place in Settings, so you can see what Intended writes there and decide once.

The weekly note now arrives Sunday morning instead of Sunday evening.

Tapping the monthly letter notification opens the month the letter is about.

Smaller fixes throughout.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-17

Intended 2.0 — your month, read back to you.
The largest update since launch, and most of it lives on a page
that didn't exist before.
THE MOSAIC
Every small thing you do is now a square. The squares only ever
grow, and there's no empty slot for a day you missed — days were
never the unit.
RETURNS, NOT STREAKS
Intended now counts how many times you went quiet, and how many
times you came back. The first square after a gap gets a soft
ring around it.
SEASONS
Once a month has enough in it, Intended names it — Evening,
Steady, Returning — from what actually happened. It's different
next month. It was never a personality.
CHECKING IN
Completing an action now takes two taps and asks one question:
how did that land? Glad I did, neutral, took effort. The "Did you
do this today?" dialog is gone — nobody taps a card by accident.
WHEN YOU DISAPPEAR
Go quiet for a while and the home screen clears down to a single
action, and asks whether today might be the day. Free, and always
will be.
ALSO NEW
- Nine intentions to choose from, up from four, each with its own
starting actions
- Hold any action for the menu: swap it, pin it, edit it, or log
that you did it yesterday
- Export your moments from your profile
WITH INTENDED+
A letter about your month: four lines, ending in a question.
Next month's plan, built from what actually happened, with an
honest answer to whether the last change worked. And a quiet word
before you drift, while the week can still change.
