You are unable to create your own work-out or even modify one of the built-in work-outs.

This looked like it would fit my needs perfectly. I wanted to be able to track custom workouts. I haven't been able to try it out because every time I try to create a new workout, it crashes. Waste of $2.

This app was exactly what I was looking for! Pre programmed workouts with times and explanations. Very simple and easy to use.  I emailed support with a question and they got back to me in the same day with a great answer. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a quick effective workout.
