## What is Intent Breathing?

Intent is a breathing coach for calm, focus, recovery, and movement. Start with guided breathing on iPhone, then connect Apple Watch when you want live workout metrics tied to breath cues.

Intent Pro adds Apple Watch-powered sessions for Stride Sync running and Shadowboxing rounds. Stride Sync pairs your breathing rhythm with heart rate, pace, distance, cadence, HR zones, and post-run analytics. Shadowboxing tracks rounds with breath cues, punch tempo, live heart rate, motion metrics, and recovery prompts.

The free iPhone app includes guided breathing patterns, breath-hold customization, lung capacity checks, session history, and a glossary for cadence, CO2 tolerance, recovery breathing, and movement-linked breathwork.

Apple Health access is optional and permissioned. Intent uses Apple Health and Apple Watch data for workout heart rate, distance, active energy, saved summaries, and analytics after you grant access.

Intent Pro is for users who want Apple Watch workout recording, live metrics, and deeper analytics for training and recovery. Apple Watch is required for Pro workout recording.
