## What is Intent Guard?

Intent Guard helps you protect intentional internet use in Safari. Choose the websites or exact URL paths that tend to pull you off track, then decide whether they should be tracked, blocked, or both.

Start with a guided setup: choose the Safari loop you want to protect, pick a safeguard style, and begin protecting your attention with an Intent Guard Pro trial.

Intent Guard shows usage patterns for your selected targets, including daily and weekly totals, target breakdowns, time-of-day patterns, blocked attempts, and temporary unlocks.
