### 4/5 — Insightful look at my daily habits

*2026-08-16*

Journaling my daily digital habits made me more mindful what takes up my time and doesn’t provide utility or joy

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-08-04*

Intenty is a unique app that helped me become more mindful of my screen time. Writing down why I wanted to open a distracting app made me pause and think before scrolling. The honesty check-ins, reflection journal, and weekly insights made it easy to spot habits and stay accountable. It’s a refreshing alternative to traditional app blockers.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Itachi!
I'm really glad to hear that writing down your intentions helped you build better habits around screen time. Appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback—it helps an indie developer out big time! ✨
