I sent the money earlier today. I received an email saying I had to send a cancelled check for them to verify my acct. Mind you, when adding my bank acct to send the money, I connected using Plaid. Plaid verify the bank acct. The inter agent said in order for them to send the $ to the bank acct, I had to send a copy of a canceled check or cancel. I told her to cancel because if Plaid verify the acct, why does Inter has to? They are trying to collect information that Plaid isn’t giving them for a reason. No thank you!!! ### 1/5 — Scam!! Bad service! Stay away! *2023-02-14, version 6.4.1* Stay away! This service collected money from my bank account and later customer support came to tell me my account was not approved. How do you collect money from an account that is not approved?? It made me lose a lot of money since I could have used Wize instead, which is a much better service. Terrible care and service! After numerous attempts to contact, the service team, cannot solve an internal problem of registration! After confirming all data, such as, (Name, phone, address, card number, beneficiary name… etc) with me and the bank! USEND does not authorize the transfer, it did not authorize it but it deducted from the account and they did not refund! And the staff don't make the slightest effort to try to help! rubbish service!
