Devem ter um chat-atendente para cada milhão de clientes. Se for pedir um simples cartão do banco esquece. Leva mais de um ano. Cada vez que vc perde sua hora no chat para saber quem está trazendo seu cartão a pé, eles te dão um prazo diferente. Isso qdo consegue achar seu pedido…. Now I’m still trying to login to check my balance, and now I am unable to login. I’m locked out and every time I call the customer service on the back of my card to check my balance to see if my money hit this morning yet, they asked me if I want to Speak in English or Spanish and then when I click 2 for English, they asked me if I want to continue, and then I click 1 for yes and then it hangs up. My international transaction was cancelled over a week ago, and I still have not received my money back. The lack of clear communication and the delay in returning my funds have caused me a lot of inconvenience. I expect a faster resolution and better customer support for situations involving customers’ money. 10 days now and I still haven’t received my money back, I don’t recommend this app at all. **Developer response:** Hello!
