I’ve not used anything else, so cannot compare. At around 4:30pm everyday it values my portfolio up massively, but when you look into each share they of course aren’t trading at the value given, it’s lower. Very frustrating that this continues to happen. I waited another few days before making a further withdrawal request via the app on my phone but the initial withdrawal request is still sitting on my account in pending. It appears there is no cancellation function for the initial withdrawal request. Every single time I make a withdrawal request the system takes in to account the initial (pending) withdrawal amount telling me I don’t have the funds available which it complete incorrect. So I’m left with my second or third pending withdrawal request and the withdrawn amount sitting on my account. I eventually in 31st July been told todo it all via secure message after being kept on the phone by the advisor for over 30 minutes. Very poor transparency on this matter.
