Disrespect and fake online customer service, change to English if your servicing international not just Chinese.

You download the app and choose English, however when it’s time to pay for a booked order via any portal, it changes to Chinese. I have finally made up my mind to leave IAEXP. The frustration I have received from them should last a lifetime.

The interface of the app and its idea is great but the app has very many problems. Like even when signing up and also to verify information like nick name and email address. So many problems on the app. Please fix it.
