Στην διάρκεια ενός χρόνου έχω χρειαστεί δυο φορές Οδική Βοήθεια.  
1) Βράδυ με βροχή και δεν είχα γρύλο.
2) Ζημιά στο σύστημα τροφοδοσίας και μεταφορά στο συνεργείο. 
Σε πολύ λίγο χρόνο και πολύ καλή αντιμετώπιση.

Οποίος ξέρει τον αριθμό πινακίδας του αυτοκινήτου σου και το τηλεφωνο σου μπορει να κατεβάσει την εφαρμογή να προσθέσει το αυτοκίνητο στον λογαριασμό του και να καλεί οδική βοηθεια για φάρσα. Συνεβει σε μένα και απο την Ίντεραμερικαν λενε ότι θα μου διακόψουν το συμβολαιο γιατι κάποιος του καλεί χωρις λόγο Η εφαρμογή δεν κανει κανένα έλεγχο αυθεντικόποίησης χρήστη. Θα ελεγα οτι η ασφάλεια της εφαρμογής ειναι αστεία αλλα να θεωρώ οτι είναι προσβολή προς την λέξη να την χρησιμοποιείς με αυτή την εφαρμογή.
