## What is Interatlas?

At first, just the globe. Tap any country, ocean, or city to reveal its borders and brush up on your geography. Pinch to zoom in for state and province lines and capital cities.
Open the data menu (tap bottom left) to lift the world's figures off the globe as 3D columns  (population, GDP, and more) coloured from low to high so patterns jump out at a glance. Trace air routes, shipping lanes, and ocean currents across the surface.
Switch on real-time day/night shading and live cloud cover to see Earth as it looks right now.
And type or dictate any question — "show countries by coffee production,"  — answered privately, on your device.

Upon downloading and using this app, I found it very useful, informative and well thought out. Though the interactive globe is no new concept, the idea of pinpointing a location on the globe and accessing instant links about it is. I withheld one star because I believe this program could be made better by the following: 1) A better ability to tap, double tap, etc on the highlighted country to cancel the outline; 2) a search bar on the home screen which would enable the globe to immediately spin, highlight, and show where the searched location is located; and 3) an option to highlight country divide lines on the entire globe (even if not showing the names) from one push of a button. All-in-all, the app is great. Again, especially with its very original idea of informational links. I recommend this app and look forward to future updates.

I'm an avid traveller and love exploring the world - so this is perfect for me!  get it - it's like a 3D geography book - explore and learn!  AND it's got lonely planet guide as well as wikipedia info etc!
