Paghi regolarmente il biglietto, i soldi vengono addebitati, ma il biglietto non arriva. Quando va “bene”, compare dopo 15-30 minuti. Nel frattempo rischi seriamente di perdere l’autobus perché, nonostante tu abbia già pagato, non hai nessun biglietto da mostrare. Prima l’app funzionava; dopo questo aggiornamento, che a quanto pare ha introdotto anche funzionalità basate sull’AI, hanno creato solo problemi. Per un’app utilizzata per acquistare biglietti e prendere un autobus in orario, un malfunzionamento del genere è semplicemente inaccettabile.
