This travels doesn't deserve any star.
Why you are operating the bus service if you are not capable to open an office.
Whatever contact details you've provide are either invalid or temporarily out of service.
M waiting for bus for about 1 hour, & operator doesn't bother to intimate service for delay.

This app needs solid revamp. In terms of usage as well as speed. The payment gateway is worst I have seen in my life
