The app worked fine on my iPhone 8 and works on my wife’s IPhone 12. It will not consistently connect to my 13. I have done all the iOS updates. It tries to connect and asks me to retry or cancel. If I power-cycle my phone off and then on again it connects perfectly but then later it will not.
