## What is Intercom App Type A?

[Functions]
Equipped with video view, call, warning notification, door unlock, and other convenient intercom functions.
Can be used from the bedroom, kitchen, toilet, or veranda anywhere with Wi-Fi coverage in the home, and can be used from outside with 4G lines.
Also, visitor recordings can be checked outside in case of the apartment system.（paid service）
Visitor recordings (video only) can be checked outside in case of the individual house system.

[Concerning usage]
・This is an exclusive application that link between the apartment system VIXUS ADVANCE and the video intercom WP-24 series for houses. Please check the intercom model name (VKZ - R, VKZ - RM, VKZK – RM, WP-2MED) installed in the house.
・The contents of some functions and services differ depending on the intercom that is linked.
・The application can be used when connected with the household Wi-Fi , and can be used outside when connected with the 4G lines. 
・When using this intercom app and the Wi-Fi router , internet connection is required for each residence. Internet usage fee may be charged to the user.

・「Check visitor recording outside」is paid service . Please register your account information in this application when using this service.
・３ months from the purchase date is a free usage period.  When the free usage period ends, a monthly fee of 300 yen (tax included) will be incurred and will be renewed automatically every month.
・Monthly usage fee will be billed to iTunes Account.

[Cancelling auto-renewal subscription]
Cannot be canceled from this application. Please cancel from the iTunes account.  
・Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
・Subscription automatically renews when expiration date is less than 24 hours and will be charged from iTunes account.
・Even if you turned off automatic renews, you can use the service until the expiration date.

### 1/5 — 楽天回線と相性悪い？

楽天回線から宅外で着信や来客履歴が「再生できませんでした」のエラーで見れないことが多いかも。そういうときは、デュアルSIMのdocomoに切り替えると見れるときもあるしそれでも見れない時もある。けど回線でそんなに変わるかな、、、？でも最近そもそもどの回線でも宅外アクセスが異常に遅くなった気がする。サーバー貧弱？早急な対策を望む。パナソニックにすればよかったかなぁ。

スマートホン連動出来るテレビドアホンとのことで購入しました。
取り付けも簡単で、Wi-Fiの設定も楽ちんでした。検出も早いしSSIDの設定も取説なしで出来てしまいました。インターホンアプリの設定も簡単でした。登録をする！を押してアプリ側も登録する！を押すとワンタイムパスワードがアプリに表示されるので、その数字を親機に入れるだけ〜めちゃ簡単でしたよ。

早速呼び出ししてみましたが、これまたレスポンス良くアプリが立ち上がります。映像も音声も親機で話してるのと同じくらいなかなかの品質。

妻のスマホにもアプリ入れて重宝してます。

玄関モニターも出来るし、スマホと親機で内線通話も出来る、更には録画画像も簡単に見れて、買って良かったです。

老舗のインターホンメーカーらしく、いい製品作ってますね。
デザインも良いしパナソニックにしなくて良かったです

インターホンは反応するが携帯電話のバージios26.5にしてから、外出先でカメラ映像が全く反応しなく音声のみの対応でこのアプリとアイホンの機能が全く機能していません。
高い金で設置したのにアイホンに問い合わせても改善できていません。
キャリアは楽天です。
購入して４年は確実では無いが外出先で映像はみれていました。
ご購入する際は今のバージョンでは映像が見えないリスクがある事を考えた方が負担がへります。

Wi-Fi環境下だとモニターが反映されるが、Wi-Fiの繋がっていないときはモニターが真っ暗にしか見えなくなりました。
音声は聞き取れるけど
映像が見えないのはとても不便。
解錠するのにも呼び出し→モニターする→通話→解錠作業で
出先だとインターバルがある分
長く感じるし、
通話までの時間もせっかちな運送会社さんだと車に戻りかけてる時も。
インストールし直し、登録し直しも何度か繰り返しても改善されません。

2026/03/31 更新 3/30にアップデートがリリースされてiOS 26.4でも新規登録できるようになりました。ご対応ありがとうございました。

iOS 26.4にアップデートしたあとにWP-2MEDに新規登録をすると登録名を入力した後に再度登録を促されるメッセージが表示され登録できず。
別のiPhone(iOS 26.3.1)では問題なく登録可能。
早期対応お願いします。
また、インターホンをiPhoneで取った時の応答ができない/遅いことや、ビデオ品質、通話品質にも問題があるかと考えています。これは同じネットワーク内のWi-Fi環境でも発生しますし、5G+ネットワークにいても発生します。
せっかくのAIPHONEブランドを無駄にしないでいただきたい。
ルーター: Linksys mx5300, Linksys Velop 7 Pro, NETGEAR RBR 750にて試行

While the functionality is great, the UI is quite poor. Also, there’s no English translation, even though it would be very easy to add.

自宅内だと、ピンポンが鳴って3秒後に通知が届き、そこから話すまでの時間が長く、
普通に自宅のインターホンで対応した方が早いという使えなさっぷり。外出時は繋がらないことも多々あり、通知管理のみであれば使えるレベル。
昔からこの辺の指摘がとても多い印象ですが、いつ対応するのですか？てか、対応する気はないですよね？

呼び鈴の反応は良いが、受け答えができるまでにIPad A16で長い時間かかるため、こちらから返答を返すまでに帰ってしまうか、2度目の呼び出しが行われる。
呼び出しに対して応答するとアプリの起動は速いのだが、そこまで。その先、手動で「呼出」「接続先選択」「通話」の手順が必要なため操作と接続に時間がかかる。特に接続
呼び出して来たホストは判明しているのだから接続先選択の完了まで一気に動作して欲しい。
