You can insert an article without it being part of its own message. It is no longer possible to write multi-line responses. Halfway through typing a message, it simply disappears. It is also impossible to send any pictures at all. Intercom is not cheap by any means, and this app is lacking the most basic functionality. At this point, you might as well scrap the codebase, give Opus 4.8 your API docs, and pray for the best. It would almost certainly be better than whatever this misery is. Am unable to scroll down or use my space bar or finger to move the cursor to see if I’m even still typing to edit. I can’t scroll up at all. I can’t see if it even continued my typing past the first line. This is absolutely useless for other than viewing tickets. Die App hat mich die letzten 4-5 Jahre mobil halbwegs den Support machen lassen, wenn ich nicht am Rechner war. Aber jenseits von comfort und Service. War „ok“. Jetzt war ganz übel und nach und nach wird wieder korrigiert wie man am Verlauf der Updates sieht. For the love of customer service please give the people what we are asking for (and deserve). ### 1/5 — Blurry Transitions When Scrolling Through Different Sections *2026-07-08, version 5.0.8* The app still becomes noticeably blurry when navigating between different panels, which makes it feel unpolished and frustrating to use. The issue was temporarily improved at one point, but it was never fully resolved. I also contacted the support team, but even after the 5.0.8 update, the problem persists. The version before the Liquid Glass redesign provided a much smoother and more consistent experience. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t reliably do basic things like draft a response that has more than one line. Randomly crashes on start up. Etc., I hope intercom gets this app back in shape before I move my business to another less expensive service. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-30, version 5.0.7* It seemed like things couldn't get any worse, but after the latest update, the app has become unusable: the text input field doesn't display anything beyond the first line, messages won't send, you can't copy the information you need from the dialogs, and you have to refresh the page to see new dialogs.
