It’s unusable on iPad. Won’t go full screen and the videos don’t play

**Developer response:** Hi, and sorry for the trouble, that's not how the app should behave on iPad. We'd like to get it working for you and sort out your subscription either way.

Could you email us at subscriptions@interestingengineering.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase, plus your iPad model and iPadOS version? That lets us look up the subscription and pass the full-screen and video playback issue to our engineering team with the right details.

In the meantime, force-quitting the app and reopening it after an iPadOS restart resolves the playback issue for most users. Thanks for flagging it — we'll follow up as soon as you write in.

IE provides an excellent diverse overview of engineering throughout this world. Best I have found as a single source starting point…and that doesn’t mean it’s basic or simple at all. My engineer friends are frequently shocked because I know things… and I’m a farmer

I think this app is great there is a whole bunch of stuff to read about technology and innovation and even military technology. If you are into machines and cool things that  are mechanical download the app you won’t regret it
