It appears they invest heavily in advertisements and paid promotions, but very little in product quality or customer service. Some of the key issues I experienced include: 1. Misleading product images – The flowers delivered look noticeably different from the pictures shown on the website/app, particularly in terms of size and overall presentation. 2. Poor flower quality – On more than one occasion the flowers delivered were not fresh. When this is raised with customer support, the typical response is simply that they “tried their best,” without any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. 3.
