## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolutely worthless

*2026-07-04*

This application is quite possibly the worst application that I have ever used. For being a supposed emergency services dispatch interface, this application is consistently crashing and throwing error codes and works appropriately at best 30% of the time.

### 1/5 — Chief 32

*2026-03-28*

App constantly signs off especially when going from wifi and cellular. Have to log back in every hour. It was like this before the bug fixes and app updates. App is terrible now.

### 1/5 — Update Issues

*2026-01-20*

Latest app update caused calls and units to no longer load. App is useless until a fix is made. Also, push alerts don’t work and map defaults leave a lot to be desired.

### 2/5 — Chief 32

*2026-07-01*

App works good, need an auto update option for tablets connected to a power source to pull pending incidents automatically. Also need to solve the issue with the app logging out all the time.

### 2/5 — Works until “bug fixes”

*2026-01-03*

App works just fine until they send “bug fixes.” One big downfall, especially on a mobile mounted tablet, is the lack of an option to have the app check for incident updates automatically. Having to manually check for incidents and unit status seems archaic.
Can we get a toggle to turn on or off depending on power and/or user preference?

### 3/5 — Works
