App says booking confirmed but cannot view the booking as the failed connection image appears. Something is seriously wrong with this App. ### 2/5 — THERE IS NO OPTION TO EARN MILES *2022-12-04, version 5.1.0* Nowadays there is no option to earn miles, in the past I used to earn miles by playing games, but InterMiles has removed the facility. Most of the time the miles for online shopping is not tracked. When I asked for a proof, they denied by saying that we don’t provide proof in statements or in any other way. Even if you cancel with 1 hour Disgusting ### 1/5 — Horrible and apathetic service *2021-09-20, version 4.4.0* A bunch of jokers run this website with no clue about customer service nor understanding of the travel industry. I booked a resort through this website and later got to know they booked my reservation through GoIbibo and InterMiles provided Goibibo contact details to the resort than providing my contact details. I had a nightmare as it became mandatory to have an RTPCR test done and the hotel was trying desperately to reach me to inform me ; which is basically Goibibo contacts)of the mandate since 3 days prior to my travel. Goibibo ignored their calls nor was there any response to the mails sent by the resort from Goibibo or maybe Goibibo responded to InterMiles . Anyhow none could reach me. What a set dumbos run this website I am really ubare off. We had to turn back after travelling some 300 kms dejected and angry and their stupidity and inefficiencies. Their customer call center executives were slimy and disconnected my call when I reached to them and another time they made a lame promise of calling me back in an hour which never happened. I have not seen any update in terms and conditions but still either you guys are having some bug in the system or you are just restraining from giving the miles as promised. Also raffle program is worst of all, most of my friends have already uninstalled the app and I will also delete it soon. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service and Serious Privacy Issue *2024-07-13, version 5.8.0* I booked a flight with Intermiles on July 4th for travel on the 14th. However, upon trying to check-in, I consistently received an "invalid PNR" error, despite entering correct details. Intermiles' customer service was extremely poor. It took 16 hours to resolve the issue, during which my PNR ended up linked with multiple other passengers' bookings. This resulted in a serious privacy breach as I could view strangers' personal information and random contact details. Additionally, I was unable to download my boarding pass due to these issues. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Intermiles, you need to urgently enhance your systems and customer support to prevent such incidents in the future. ### 1/5 — Best app to loose your money *2023-10-31, version 5.5.0* They make changes very randomly for instance now full redeem of milestone has stopped from yesterday no clue about it except small message. There no ways to earn milestones! Online shopping miles are not tracked properly & its headache to track the credit or follow up with customer support. Teir benefits are of no use. Even banks apps allow that now. Either these developers don’t care about user experience or they think people still keep all their passwords same. ### 1/5 — Most pathetic hotel booking app *2023-04-11, version 5.3.0* I had booked a reservation through them and after reaching the hotel it turned out that the hotel never accepted reservations from them. Forgot password doesn’t work and app is super slow ### 1/5 — Poor platform - Used since last 10 years and they killed value *2022-08-12, version 4.10.0* I’ve been a patron of this platform for nearly 10 years and was accumulating jpmiles/intermiles. I was saving my miles for future when I’ll use it to best potential. I stood with company when they were facing tough time during Jet Airways crisis hoping that they’ll come back. I even got my family members too into intermiles so that they too can enjoy it’s benefits. Now a few weeks back I’m observing that the value of intermiles have fallen drastically. It’s basically turning useless. I’ve accumulated lacs of intermiles which essentially is my saving and money and now it’s totally gone in dust. This is pathetic. I’ve dropped emails to support team but there’s no clear response from them. It’s sad that my efforts and commitment of last 10 years is not honoured or even looked at by management. It then also removes the flight you had clicked from the list. Now I received mail that intermiles is former jetPrivilege and I’ll also get 500 intermiles if I download the app. I downloaded the app with my old login ( jet privilege login) It’s showing 0 intermiles. neither I got 500 intermiles nor my existing 899 miles.
