Would like to see a middle ground where history is available, ideally in the free app or at a much much lower price. I don’t want to pay £62 a year just to be able to see my weight and fasting history. The app wasn’t helpful and I’ve gotten nothing but silence trying to cancel my account. The only option to communicate with this company is via email. I cancelled three months ago and I’m still being billed. I’ve emailed them several times and no response. All I can say is beware.
