### 3/5 — Very mid-level UI.

*2025-05-09, version 2.5.1*

Overall, it is simple, which is great. I have been looking for an app that offers quick logins to start/stop my timer.

But the UI is extremely basic and can be a bit clunky to navigate with tons of dead space. For some reason, it asks for your spirituality and provides quotes from that? Everything is almost on a separate screen. You have a timer, if you want to see roughly what state your body is in there is a screen with all of them, then you click each icon to a separate screen to read up on what it is saying. If you want to edit your fast, it is three screens worth of clicking. Articles are a bit heavy handed on the “yo listen up bro” because y’know, “fasting for men.”

And there is no free trial. So Im locked in until it expires and will probably move on unless the UI gets a major overhaul.

### 2/5 — Some good some bad

*2024-03-07, version 2.4.3*

This app is so frustrating sometimes. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to simply change the IF schedule. Seems as if the app is more concerned about upgrading than simple functions.

### 5/5 — Man Fasting Support

*2023-10-21, version 2.3.11*

I was helped by Jack with a question I had regarding the app. After I left the question, he answered it right away, and the fixed my problem! The support and encouragement on this app is solid, and the system works! I have lost 7 lbs in three days!! Thank you Jack and the rest of the team!!!

### 3/5 — -

*2023-10-18, version 2.3.11*

Calorie counter is awful . Not user friendly

### 5/5 — Imposible to fix fasting stop and start times

*2023-07-29, version 2.3.1*

You have remember to start and stop your fast I. The app and if you forget, you can rewind to the previous day when you actually started fasting.

### 2/5 — Needs some improvement

*2023-07-24, version 2.3.1*

For someone who works two jobs and does odd jobs on the side, it would be very helpful to get real notifications when it’s time to start or stop fasting like an alarm or something. Ultimately it’s ourselves who should be on top of it BUT as I stated already I’m very busy, and honestly feel like I payed this app for nothing at this point

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2023-07-08, version 2.3.0*

They put you through 20 minutes of questions (stupid personal questions) then tell you it’s $60. Very dishonest.

### 5/5 — My fasting journey

*2023-07-08, version 2.3.0*

For the first few days, I’ve already lost 4lbs.

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2023-07-06, version 2.3.0*

I love this App

### 1/5 — Frustrating app

*2023-07-06, version 2.3.0*

Cancellation instructions are confusing and deceptive.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — They encouraged trolls

*2025-11-12, version 2.5.1*

For some reason this app encourages you to find a faith community or like-minded community to encourage you in fasting. So they have Christianity Buddhism atheism, etc. You pick your group and then it’s like a chat room and they will encourage you. But people could pick whatever group they want, an atheist can pick a Christian group or vice versa. In this case, they are letting people who clearly don’t believe. In the belief of the group, joint to be trolls to cause flame, wars, and to disrupt and basically ruin the app. Maybe after the first or second time you could see that person is a problem, the moderator should yank them out the group that they are grieving, and put them into the correct group or else just ban them from all groups as a troll. But the moderators specifically refused to do that. I asked them to do it and they said no we won’t do that. Even though the entire community is being flamed and brought into a crash and collapse. That is unacceptable especially if they’re going to take your money for you to be able to use this app. There are apps which will do the same thing, but won’t take your money.

### 1/5 — Poor

*2024-05-08, version 2.5.0*

Doesn’t offer much. No fasting meter to let you know what part of the cycle you are in.

### 1/5 — Cancellation policy

*2023-12-10, version 2.4.2*

I have been charged a monthly fee and a quarterly fee. I have frequented cancellation but it continues to charge. This takes the fun out of the progress I had made.
I don’t want to continue. Please cancel all the plans and I mean all.

### 1/5 — Only a timer

*2023-10-08, version 2.3.10*

This app does nothing. It is only useful as a timer. All of the “motivations” and recipes are not helpful and can be found elsewhere.
I already purchased a subscription and had it active when after an update it created my account again and charged me again.
Requesting refund and deleting.

### 1/5 — Not good

*2023-09-27, version 2.3.9*

If you want to follow their meal plan you can for a price, which I get. But in order to tell them
What foods you don’t like…… not allowed, so the meal plan is pointless after you buy it. Not happy!!

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2023-09-10, version 2.3.8*

This app is not worth it and if I could get my $$ back I would! Just set a timer on your phone for your start and end times if you want intermittent fasting; that will be more helpful than this app.

### 1/5 — Dishonest

*2023-09-09, version 2.3.8*

I removed my automatic renewal as I don’t like money randomly taken out. This was the day I paid for the 90 days. The company cancelled my entire subscription and would not let me use the 90 days I paid for. I am sending a letter the the Calif. Attorney General. I had the app 2 hours and they won’t refund any money or let me use it for the 90 days.
I think Automatic renewals are a scam. That is how companies continue to fleece you hoping you forget. No company has ever cancelled because I wanted to pay myself without an automatic renewal.

### 1/5 — Scammers

*2023-08-17, version 2.3.1*

The whole advertising versus the app is a lie. I cancelled 30 seconds after, they promised a refund a so far nothing. NO RESPONSE, NO CONTACT, be careful, they will drain your cash. Do not, I will repeat, do not fall for this scam. Next, filing a complaint with BBB.

8/16 update
No answers, no refund, fake reply on app store review stating they have answered. Careful with these scammers.

Contacting apple store and BBB, so they can delist this scammer off the app store.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-08-01, version 2.3.1*

It’s just a count down timer. Meal log has no realistic options. That this app requires a fee is a con.

### 1/5 — Confusing to use

*2023-07-21, version 2.3.1*

Confusing to use

### 5/5 — Works wonders

Perfect app. Helped me lose weight and start a more health life style. I don’t crave sugar no more and I have love over 40lbs in a course of the year

### 5/5 — Give it a try

*2024-06-16, version 2.5.0*

### 5/5 — Just starting

*2024-03-02, version 2.4.3*

Seems like it has it together. Will see where we are in a month.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-02-13, version 2.4.3*

This App WORKS

### 5/5 — Year long

*2024-01-14, version 2.4.3*

So far I have been following the program for about a year now and have lost about 40 pounds. It’s a lifestyle change but when you get use to it’s fine. On vacation change your fasting hours. I will be on this until i reach 190 after that I will modify my window eating time from 6 to 8 hours. Eating more vegetables and fruits are King but adding in fish, chicken and turkey are great option for protein. Stay away from trans fat and saturated fat if possible and processed crap. Once in awhile it’s fine to binge but don’t go over board.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-11-27, version 2.4.2*

This is a great app. Really helps me with tracking my time for fasting. Support staff responds quickly when you ask questions.

### 5/5 — User

*2023-11-18, version 2.4.2*

This does exactly what it suggests. I track my times aim at eating/drinking targets based on initial inputs. I like that it’s simple. Tracking calories was nice but it disappeared from my dashboard so maybe I didn’t read enough.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!

*2023-11-13, version 2.4.0*

So many more benefits to fasting than weight loss. Nonetheless, I have gone from 233 to 194.
Thank you!
