Bonjour,

J’ai payé l’abonnement, mais l’application / le service ne fonctionne pas.
Ensuite, j’ai acheté une option supplémentaire, et malgré cela, ça ne marche toujours pas.

Je considère que le service payé n’est pas fourni correctement. Merci de procéder au remboursement des sommes réglées.

Attention, cela ressemble fortement à une arnaque.
