It ask for me to find a different caregiver and I couldn’t put a name in. The button was below the screen. Unable to type. I finally got my desired provider and I had a hard time going from top description line into the body of the text ### 2/5 — Can’t do what it should. *2025-05-29, version 7.20.0* I could simply reschedule an appointment. Some of the forms are broken. Seems like it was built with good intentions but no one on the dev team actually tested the functions out. ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2025-04-21, version 7.19.0* I’ve had great things to say about this app in the past, but for last couple of months it has not been working for me at all. To the point I can’t even log in… it just buffers forever. I’ve even removed and re-added the app. I wouldn’t normally care because I only go in to my primary a few times a year and the billing makes sense to me, but I did recently have quite the accident after falling off a cliff, and going off repeated mailed invoices makes it more complicated than just viewing online. I’m willing to change my rating or make a new one if this issue can resolved, because it was honestly great. But I do need to access to review billing and any other issues the drs have noted so I can be aware. ### 3/5 — Upcoming Appt, Messages *2025-04-21, version 7.19.0* Unfortunately with this recent update in April, upcoming appointments are unable to load, as well as new incoming messages from providers are not loading. That stupid little spinning wheel is exceptionally frustrating. As is the promise of a functional that simply doesn’t function. MyChart is better. Except IHC is too stupid to use a bigger and established app. For a company that is aggressively expanding, maybe it could focus just a bit on the health-care consumer. No changing all the time like some other apps. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-08-25, version 7.23.0* It’s very convenient that the financial assistance portion of the app is bugged. As soon as you try adding your household members the app shuts down. It had been like that for months. Almost like they don’t want you to apply. It needs to be fixed asap. ### 1/5 — Account Creation Bug *2025-08-08, version 7.22.0* While creating my account I inadvertently skipped the box to choose my gender. Instead of prompting me, the app simply continued making my account and happily defaulted to filling in that box as “Prefer not to disclose” and not telling me about it. Now when trying to make an appointment I’m prompted that gender information is required. Well guess what? You can’t change your gender in the app!! It requires assistance from someone at Intermountain Health, and if you send in a request it says you’ll receive a response within two business days. Not really useful for someone needing help now. Please fix this bug. Your records are in one place, your bills are in one place, you can contact your providers- this is a god-send for someone like me who grew up without a primary care provider and is new to the world of doctors visits, insurance, and hospitals.
