Please wait.” *2021-05-01* The app constantly fails to login or load. The issue is also persistent on the website portal, which tells me their servers are very slow. Hopefully they resolve this issue which has been persistent since I began using this app, and makes the app unusable 99% of the time. ### 2/5 — Not working with IOS 12 *2018-09-21, version 7.0.6* Not working with IOS 12 ### 1/5 — App gets stuck on load screen *2017-02-10* When you open the app it just stays on the Intermountain load screen. Very frustrating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not waste your time, Worst app available *2021-05-10* I have given this app plenty of time to work, fix bugs, problems etc. every time I use the app or for better wording try to use app it doesn’t work It won’t load or even show the sign in,?it gives an error message of “null null null” This has been days and weeks on end. I’ve deleted and reinstalled on several occasions and still not working. I’ve given up. While trying to switch pharmacy location it refilled a prescription at the wrong pharmacy and I have no way to cancel. Also, why do I have to have multiple apps, accounts and passwords to interact with Intermountain? I don't need multiple apps to interact with my bank. The application won't let me delete that doctor saw him once 1 script was written haven't seen him again. How can I delete him. Or others I don't see anymore.
