Para algo tan delicado como lo es un seguro de viaje, esta Aplicación NI SIQUIERA FUNCIONA PARA DARSE DE ALTA COMO CLIENTE!!! Brutalmente nefasto y molesto!!! Despidan a TODOS los responsables! Alucinantemente frustrante!!

Llevamos más de 4 días intentando subir documentación para el seguro para tenerlo todo registrado y nos da un error de Folder Already Exist pero no hay ningún documento subido ni existen carpetas ni nada.. lo hemos intentando desde varios móviles y sigue igual. El soporte dice que no es necesario pero queremos ser precavidos por que nos conocemos a las compañías de seguro y nos dicen que da igual que no se suba y nos cortaron la conversación.. me parece de locos que no dejen a los clientes subir y organizar su seguro como deseemos que para eso se abonó.. que para ello fueron muy rápido.. la relación empieza muy muy mal, como no dejen subir los documentos, vamos a empezar regular el viaje..

Do not purchase any insurance through Intermundial, not only are they deleting or hiding app reviews, but they have drawn out the insurance process so long in an attempt for the consumer to give up on purchasing their claim entitlement. This is a warning for anyone please make sure you choose a package booking provider or travel agency which does not contract Intermundial

Se supone que se contrata para salvaguardar tu dinero y son quien a final se quedan con el, muy mala experiencia y cero recomendable
