### 1/5 — You can‘t pay with credit card only through App store

That is totally unacceptable

**Developer response:** Hi Jason,

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration with the payment options, but this is actually outside our control — Apple requires all iOS apps to use In-App Purchases for digital goods and does not allow developers to add direct credit card processing as an alternative. We did look into offering this and it's simply not permitted on the App Store.

A 1-star rating for an Apple platform policy is a double punishment for us, because there is genuinely nothing we can do to change it. We'd be very grateful if you'd reconsider your rating, or update your review to focus on the app itself — call quality, rates, ease of use, support — anything we can actually improve.

The call was clearer than some that I make to folks in country, let alone in the same city. Very pleased with the billing rate and quality of call I experienced calling Ireland.
