But how come a call that lasted 0.13seconds would be charge a whole minute? And it happens with all the calls no matter how short the calls is, or if it sends you to voicemail it work still take 1 whole minute :) ### 4/5 — Lovely *2026-08-20, version 2.27.1* Perfect ### 2/5 — Phishing app, DON’T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM *2026-08-17, version 2.27.1* At first was working fine, despite the inconsistent connection and signal hey at least it’s good if you’re constantly travelling and want to save on phone services. But since a few days ago this just became unavailable for some reasons, no internet at all and unable to be activated. And the stress it caused, travelling in a foreign country only find out after landing that theres no internet connection! I tried to contact customer service for solution or refund and they never responded. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! ### 2/5 — No sound 75% of the time *2026-07-31, version 2.27.0* Yolla only seems to work okay if you get connected to whoever you’re calling immediately. If you are out on hold, like it happens frequently with banks, insurance companies etc, 100 percent of the time the person on the other end can’t hear you. I’ve tried it multiple times, with different countries. So then I bought some credit and tried to call Indian phone numbers. It never worked for any landline numbers. Upon contacting the customer service they asked me to wait for few hours and try again later. Offshore Africa on an oil rig which luckily has excellent WiFi. Wife does not use WhatsApp so perfect for talking to her. I spent 15 minutes on hold from my bank. Once they answered, it worked perfectly.
