I pay for the print copy and no matter how much time I’ve wasted e mailing I can’t get access to the online copy they will not recognize my e mail address

App needs major upgrade, no pictures appear with articles, no interaction with the puzzles. Paper edition now too expensive. iPad app not too good

Latest version is rubbish, takes too long to load issues and the navigation is not even kindergarten standard. It's more like a 1990's electronics version. It will get you throwing your iPad in the pool trying to read the newspaper! What was wrong with the previous version - nothing. Who the hell makes these decisions?

Successfully purchased the six month subscription (+$150) and it won't update or download new newspaper issues. Have tried everything to fix it from removing the app to going through settings on app and settings to trying to repurchase subscription (where it tells me I have already subscribed and that an unknown error is occurring). Disappointing and a complete sham

Installed app. Opened app. Waited for library to update. And waited. And waited....  Deleted app.

This app is a terrific way to stay in touch with what is happening in "the old country" but since the iOS7 upgrade, landscape view doesn't work properly and you effectively lose the right hand half of each double page spread. Please fix, and it will again be a 5star app.
