## What is International SOS MedSea?

The MedSea App is a patient assessment tool that helps seafarers to efficiently provide medical information to MedSea and expedite appropriate patient care.

Powered by intelligent algorithms and designed specifically for the needs of those at sea, the App ensures that only the most necessary patient information is taken as per the injury or illness. This creates time efficiencies for the responder and helps avoid any miscommunications that can arise when providing information over the phone.  

The MedSea app is available to subscribers of the International SOS MedSea service, which provides telemedical assistance to thousands of seafarers worldwide, supporting all types of physical and emotional health issues.
