The app won't even let me login. I have raised a complaint 2 weeks before. Still no solution. ### 1/5 — It just doesn’t login *2026-08-23* The previous app was great. We'll get you up and running. ### 1/5 — They don’t keep their promises *2026-08-22* I had a decent deal with Telus. Then, as my contract was about to expire, I called to ask for a new contract. They told me I didn’t need to change anything, as I had a five-year locked-in contract for the same fee. But they told me they could give me a better deal. BIG FAT LIE. Now I am stuck with a two-year contract for $27 additional a month. I feel betrayed. I already called, and they did not fix my problem. When I do refresh I just get the red banner at the bottom that says “Not all devices are up to date yet. Please try again later.” I also had some devices intentionally paused on the old app. Those that actually showed up in the new showed that they weren’t paused, but I had to go in and pause them, then unpause to get them to connect. The paused devices that aren’t showing up - I haven’t yet figured out how to fix that. There was nothing wrong with the old app. I’ve yet to see anything better with this one. **Developer response:** This is not the experience we want you to have! We're sorry for your frustration.
