An application to talk on the inter phone system of the apartment building. When there is a call from the Main Entrance, the Unit Entrance ,the Manager Room, or Other Unit, you can talk by using the smartphone. A function to unlock the main entrance and receive the alarm/call/notification are available too. ## Key features - Talk via smartphone intercom - Receive calls from main entrance - Receive calls from unit entrance - Unlock main entrance - Receive alarms and notifications ## Recent user reviews (10 of 20) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/interphone-app/id648688812/reviews.md ### 1/5 — 受話画面に遷移しない *2026-05-23* 呼び鈴が押されると音とバイブで反応するのに受話画面にならない現象がしばしば発生する。 アプリ画面を表示した状態で待機すると正常に受話できる。 この現象はアプリを再インストールすれば復旧するが、宅配の荷物を受取り損ねる事が度々発生し再インストールが必要になり非常にストレスフルです。 ヘルプデスクでも原因を把握していないようですがいい加減対応して欲しい。バージョン4.4.0 ### 1/5 — そして誰も使わなくなった *2026-03-04* ゴミアプリ マンション大規模修繕に伴いかなりの高額投資をしたらしいのですが、不安定すぎる、繋がるまでにステップが多すぎる、やっとの思いで繋がることもあるがそこには誰も居ない。結局機械が変わっただけで、来客応対手順は変わらず。親機に突進して出るのみ。留守中の応対は運が良ければできるレベル2026.03時点 以上、 ### 1/5 — クソアプリ *2026-02-25* 携帯とはリンクできない。やる気のなさを感じる。日本のメーカーとは思えない、低品質の詐欺的商品。開発プロセス、レビュープロセスのいい加減さが見事に現れた失敗アプリ。それを恥ずかしいと思わず売りつける傲慢さ。会社の名前にあぐらかいて、早く経営陣は入れ替えた方がいい。アプリを修正することが難しいということは、よっぽどのスパゲッティプログラムでしょうな。 ### 1/5 — 最悪 *2026-02-05* リモートタイプのインターホンを新規で設置。 同じ環境で使っているにも関わらずスマホによってリモート解除ができない状態になりカスタマーセンターに連絡。 同じ環境でもスマホの個体差でエラーが出る可能性があるので、平日の9時〜17時の間に本体の固有番号等の情報を現地で確認して連絡してくれという対応。 iPhone16が個体差で使えないアプリとか私は聞いたことありません。 集合住宅で選択の余地がなかったのですが製品とアプリの完成度の低さ、カスタマーサービスの自分達本意な対応、パナソニック製品は絶対に買わないと誓った次第です。 皆さんも気をつけてください。 ### 1/5 — 使えない *2026-01-27* インターホンが鳴ってから通話までの手順が多く出れた頃には切れている。 そして何よりも不便なのがスマホ側から玄関先のインターホンへの通話がかけられないこと。 子供が鍵を忘れて外出した際など唯一の通信手段なのに、この機能が使えず子供側から再度鳴らしてもらうのをただ待つのみ‥アプリのアップデートや、再設定など試行錯誤するも変わりなく。。これに関しては恐らく不具合だと思うので早急に対応いただきたいです。 せっかくオプションで付けたのに機能していません。 ### 1/5 — 話すまでに手間がかかりすぎる *2025-11-08* 他の方も書かれていますが、直ぐにスピーカーホンで話せません。仕様変更でつい最近さらに一手間増えて4回(?)の操作が必要になりました。しかもインターホン機能を呼び出すのに「その他」を選ばないとできないという念入りさ（笑）。 機械のインターホンはボタンを押したらすぐに話せるものなのに何故アプリがそうなっていないのか疑問しか残らない。 いつの間にか仕様変更があり操作で迷っているうちに配達業者が諦めてしまうこともあるくらいなので仕様としては最悪だと思う。 これならインターホンのところまで行って話した方が早い。 もしかしたら使い方が悪いのかもしれませんが、ネットにあるマニュアルには肝心な部分がほとんど書かれておらず、しかも仕様がよく変わる（多分）のでどうにもならない。来訪者が来た時の一瞬しか試せないからよく調べられないし、やっとわかったと思ったら仕様変更されてガッカリとか。 ### 2/5 — 反応ない事もしばしば *2025-10-15* インターホンが鳴っても通知さえ来ない事もよくあり、しょっちゅう接続確認をし、接続OKになっていても無反応な事があります。 現在2台を接続していますが、両方反応したり片方だけだったり、どっちも反応無しの場合がありかなり品質が悪いと思われます。 このアプリについては他の要望もいくつかあるのですが、まずは安定して機能してくれないとお話になりません。 たまにやってるアプデは何をしてるんでしょうか？？ ⚫︎追記⚫︎ 毎週端末の再起動しないとすぐ使えなくなるような状況です。 最近は反応するのに一度切れるみたいで、もう一度鳴らしてくれれば応答できるような状況です。 何したらまともに使えるようになるんでしょうか？？ ### 5/5 — 便利です *2025-06-18* Dシリーズに携帯電話アダプターを設置して最近使い始めました。 他の方の(古い？)レビューにあるような問題は感じられず、便利に使えています。確かに応答の遅れはまあまあありますが、親機まで走るより明らかに早いし、実用性は十分です。接続も安定してます。 アプリが最近も継続的にアップデートされているよう(これ大事)ですし、iPhoneが最新機種(16)なのも効を奏しているのかもしれません。 ### 1/5 — エラーになります。 *2025-06-02* iPhone14です。接続を確認してしばらくするとエラーになっています(U09) いざインターホンが鳴った時に接続が切れているので結局使えません。 ### 5/5 — スピーカーONから話せるようになりました *2025-05-20* 最近のアップデートでスピーカーモードで通話を始められるような設定が追加されて使いやすくなりました！ ## Frequently asked questions about Interphone App ### What can Interphone App be used for?
