Sometimes they make your intercoms connect to the app then drop out, then can’t reconnect, Then one or the other. It also seems to mess about with all of your manual setting that you’ve already made to your sets- e.g. volume levels. Looks good when you manage to get connected to the app and seems to be able to set all volumes correctly or where you want them to be but then they seem to go a little crazy when they are being used. Did manage to get music sharing once but couldn’t do a again very easily, also cannot get phone call sharing despite it being on in app. overall the app is pretty useless, frustrating to use so you'll( like me ) probably not continue to use it and revert back to using them doing manually adjusting them in the setting on per headset. And yes I have downloaded the latest firmware. Maybe there is a way to use it but I don’t find it very straightforward and not always consistent. Já tive IPhone 10, IPhone 11, e agora estou com IPhone 12 Pro. Em TODAS as versões simplesmente não funciona. Desconecta sozinho, instabilidade total. Difícil acreditar, um intercomunicador tão caro, não oferecer funções básicas. Contacted customer help and told them all the steps I had taken to try and fix and through many emails they just told me to do it all again. Even the updating device wouldn’t recognise my device. I have deleted the app and will carry on without it. A friend told me about this app and I’m glad he did. I had to remove the blue tooth connection I had and reset it via the app very easy todo. Once connected I now have the ability to set the volume levels on all the inputs set up 8 radio stations set up quick dial voice commands for answering calls set up a second unit so I can talk to my pillion and share music Excellent is all I can say.
