Now you can view your interplex databases on your iPhone. Packaged with the application is the Sample database that comes with interplex. Using Airdrop, sharing interplex databases with other users is a breeze. You can search glossaries, expressions, and even do multi glossary searches. Expressions can also be viewed in each of the defined languages. With Dropbox connectivity, you can modify databases on your Mac, PC, or iPad and then immediately synchronize them to your iPhone or iPod Touch and vice versa. Databases are stored at Dropbox in /Apps/interplex. Interplex Lite enables really fast multi-glossary searching and the presentation of the results is very clear. The PC version of Interplex is fine at home, but it is not practical to use it on the job as a public service interpreter (a laptop is far too slow to boot up and close down). Having Interplex on the iPad is ideal - flip the cover and you're ready to walk into court without delay. The layout is quite good for testing yourself on vocabulary translations as well! The current version is an iPhone / iPod Touch app, but very usable on the iPad.
