## What is 面技通 InterSkill?

面技通 InterSkill 面向面试官与人力资源从业者，用于技术面试现场的通用能力与职业素养评估。

应用围绕沟通表达、逻辑思维、学习能力、团队协作、抗压与态度、项目复盘能力、职业稳定性七大固定维度，支持模板与权重配置，便于团队统一评分口径。

你可以在面试流程中录入信息与各维度打分，生成结构化报告，并在记录中查看历史会话与可视化图表。数据默认保存在本机，便于现场记录与事后归档。需要对外发送时，可通过系统分享将内容导出到你选择的应用。

首次使用建议完成引导页，并在设置中查看通用维度说明。如需清空本机数据，可使用清空本地数据功能，该操作通常不可恢复。
