Exactly what I was looking for. I can set the time to hold a stretch and then time to transition to the next. I’m not forced to set a number of reps or sets. It’s silent, doesn’t interrupt my music, just haptic feedback on the watch. I do wish the alert was a bit stronger though, sometimes I don’t notice it.
