## What is Interval Clock?

Interval Clock guides you through interval training with a countdown timer that alerts you when you have to go faster or slower. This is ideal for use on a stationary bike, treadmill, or other piece of exercise equipment that allows you to look at your phone (although you can use the app for just its audio alerts without machinery if you prefer).

The app was originally designed for a 20 minute workout with short intervals, as this was found to be an ideal way to train (see this Lifehacker post for details: http://lifehacker.com/5989669). Now the app supports interval lengths and timers of your choosing. It will also remember the last interval you chose so you don't have to change it.

If you have any issues or want to report bugs, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix them.

### 2/5 — Broken

*2015-03-27*

The stop and start functions do not work. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I can't see a pattern. Press stop. Press start and it sticks on the current interval phase. The timer runs down but it doesn't switch to the other phase when the current phase is done.

### 3/5 — C25K integration lacking

*2015-03-01*

This app will be even better if there is integration with C25K training. I am currently using some customised mp3 so if i could import them into the app it would be nice too.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2015-02-24*

Perfectly simplistic

### 3/5 — Almost there

*2015-02-24*

I really like the simplicity of this app - and the cute little dog. A few suggestions for making this 5 stars:

1. It may just be my fat thumbs, but I found the buttons for changing the interval lengths very difficult to hit on my iPhone 5s. Could those buttons be made larger?

2. I'd love to use this for workouts consisting of longer intervals (e.g. 5 min high intensity, 2 min low intensity), but that seemed pretty cumbersome with intervals only measured in seconds.

3. A lot of my interval workouts include a warm up period and cool down period. It would be great if there was a way to incorporate these into the timer.
