## What is Interval Fitness Timer?

Interval Fitness Timer is a highly customizable timer application for HIIT, circuit and any other kinds of interval workouts. 
Every round of your workout, as well as every exercise within a round, can be individually customized or simply kept identical to perfectly match your workout preferences.
In addition, you can create any number of timers and store each of them to reuse whenever you want. This way, you won't have to keep resetting a single timer when you do several different interval workouts, each with its own requirements.

- Text to Speech: Users can now receive spoken updates during a workout. This includes a spoken countdown, halfway notification as well as an announcement of the next exercise or interval.

- Timer Types: This update introduces timer types. Users can now choose between a complex and a simple timer. This will allow users to create a timer more quickly if it does not have complex requirements.
