### 4/5 — Nicely done but could be better

*2025-07-02*

Nicely designed with a good feature set. Some suggestions:
1. Increase the number of repetitions to 20. 10 is limiting.
2. Streamline the process of adding intervals.
3. Make it possible to hide unused workouts. Users may prefer not to delete them.
4. Fix a bug: using Show/Hide Instructions adds a second or two to the interval.
5. App keeps defaulting to a workout that I do not use. Not good.

### 3/5 — Just started

*2025-01-11, version 1.23*

I just signed up. Haven’t even tried anything. That’s already asking me for a review. I’ll let you know later.

### 4/5 — Would be 5* if music played

*2024-05-21, version 1.20*

Great fitness app with lots of good workouts. Having the option to create your own is awesome but lacks a star for no music integration or option.

### 4/5 — Looking forward to the future

*2024-05-18, version 1.20*

Time just keeps on keeping on.

### 3/5 — Still staying it. It’s not fine to that

*2024-01-07, version 1.18*

Sending

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work in background mode

*2024-01-06, version 1.18*

Would be great but it does not work in background mode so it’s useless to me.

### 3/5 — Looking forward

*2024-01-06, version 1.18*

Seems a rating is required to get to use the program. A ‘3’ is based on nothing so far. Looking forward to using this app. Will be able to give a meaningful rating or review after I’m use it. Would hate to devalue a rating because I have to do it before I can even use it. That wouldn’t be fair, would it?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very flaky

*2025-09-06, version 1.23*

The app doesn’t let you permanently skip to the end of a timed activity; instead of just keeps returning to that activity over and over again.
It also does a very poor job of remembering and displaying time intervals, and they often revert to a previous setting.
I spent about as much time fighting the app as I did exercising before giving up and closing the app for good.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2025-05-16, version 1.23*

Unable to try it, it crashes on launch

### 1/5 — Couldn't see questionnaire properly on screen

*2024-05-19*

I downloaded the app. Started it, & you have to answer a few questions before the app will work. I got as far as"personalization", & I couldn't see the bottom of the screen to continue to the next question. There was no scrolling or shrinking the screen to get to the next question.
Oh well, it seemed like a good app in theory, but I couldn't even get past the opening questionnaire to get started. Sorry guys, but it failed.

### 1/5 — Only had this program for five minutes

*2024-05-18*

Haven’t had a chance to get started yet! I can’t seem to get the program open yet. Beautiful, beautiful beautiful.

### 1/5 — Apps Advice Daily Trick?

*2024-01-07, version 1.18*

I have an app called AppAdvice daily. This app gives you a few free apps or free trial period each day. I have downloaded many of those apps. However, I had my hopes up to use this one, but once you download it, there’s nothing there. It’s a blank screen. I was really disappointed. I looked forward to using it. I’m good about recommending these apps to other people, but I guess I won’t be doing it for this one. I’m wondering if this is a scam just to lure people in to download the app and wait until the next day when it’s not free to start working. I guess it’s a good tactic on their part. They say it’s Apple‘s fault, but I really have my doubts on that.

### 1/5 — Needs pictures

*2024-01-06, version 1.18*

This robot voice comes on and says the move your supposed to do with no instructions as to what the move entails. This app could be good if user could hear, see and then understand what to do.

### 1/5 — Watch out!!

*2023-12-28*

Looked over this app, it sounded like it was alright. I noticed the “free” lifetime use of the app and that sealed the deal for me……HOWEVER…
Once I downloaded the app and tried to sign up for the “free” lifetime subscription, I was only presented with paid options!

Nobody likes a bait and switch!

I will be deleting this app based on this deceit! Had they been straight forward, perhaps I might have tossed out a few bucks for it, but, hey, lie and die, you know?

Further when you try and leave a review inside the app, you are presented with 2 choices something like “it’s Amazing” or “ I’m not satisfied” if you do not select the amazing option then you are shunted off to an email page to tell them why (this is good) and are not allowed to submit a review (this is bad) even after sending an email!

### 2/5 — Frustrating

*2024-10-01, version 1.21*

I have paid for the premium version of this app, and have been very disappointed. I have tried to create my own circuit interval programs, but the app won’t remember the order correctly. I have spent way too much time, trying to set up my interval workouts using this app, only to have them, completely rearranged by the app and away that is completely unsatisfactory. I regret Greek Rhett purchasing this app and I’m looking for something else.

### 2/5 — New App

*2024-01-22*

Just started the app. Will give review after using it or a month

### 3/5 — Will

*2025-10-11, version 1.23*

After I go through and write up my routine and see how that goes.

fantastic and nice

### 5/5 — Simplicity gets it done

*2024-01-06, version 1.18*

This app seemed too simple but it turns out, that’s what I needed to slip my workouts in. Bravo!

### 5/5 — Great customer support interaction

*2023-12-30, version 1.17*

Ok, I appear to have been wrong… so, it is important to note that it is an Apple problem, not the developer causing the display of the free lifetime membership. The developer has offered the free lifetime membership before, and Apple thought hey they did it once so let’s leave it in the list of options whether they are currently offering it or not! Who cares what kind of confusion or headache it causes! The developer appeared to be unaware that this had been done to them and it appears that this is standard Apple. The developer is doing his best to make it right with me, and clearly takes customer support seriously!

### 4/5 — Nicely done but could be better

*2026-04-01, version 1.24*

There may be a bug, in the latest update; the programs that I had added were deleted. App crashed, when I try to add a program. Had to delete and reinstall.
Not good.
