I’ve reinstalled it and it still isn’t booking my trip, which is wasting a lot of time because now I might not get the trip that I wanted. ### 4/5 — Only use for Getaway alerts *2026-04-24, version 6.4.1* The only time I find the app helpful is with setting up Getaway alerts. It sends you a push notification when one has been matched. Other than that, use a laptop for setting up exchange requests, making exchanges, or searching properties. Don’t even use Safari. Suffice it to say you cannot search by party size, it shows results that are incomplete, cannot be filtered only sorted, and that do not match the search criteria. Website is slightly better. Probably 2 stars, and the company itself is probably a 2 star as well. Nice concept, but it seems it is more for the resorts than the owners. It’s not user friendly and when you try to book something, it spins and spins. We don’t use it often, but when we do it’s the same thing and it’s always frustrating. We used to think it was just a fluke but not anymore because it happens every time. It’s hard to find what you’re actually looking for in regard to property details and trying to complete a booking takes forever and many attempts.
