## What is Interval?

Your meeting timer, calendar and notes, together.

Use a meeting countdown on iPhone, or record in-person calendar meetings with on-device transcription.

READY FOR IPHONE DUO
Move between the outer and inner displays with layouts that adapt to your available space. See your meeting timer and actions side by side, and use the extra room for notes.

Prepare for your next meeting, keep track of the time and leave with notes you can find again. Interval brings your meeting day into one calm workspace on iPhone.

A CLEARER MEETING DAY
See upcoming meetings from the calendars you choose, spot back-to-back sessions and find space to focus. A preparation countdown helps you get ready, with your meeting's call link close at hand. Interval reads your calendar without changing events or invitations.

A TIMER THAT KEEPS YOU ON TRACK
Start a meeting timer, see how much time remains and add a few minutes when you need them. Optional reminders and Live Activities help you stay aware of what's next.

MEETING NOTES, ALL IN ONE PLACE
Write notes alongside the timer. Keep decisions and next steps with each meeting, then search your notebook or export a saved note. Notes stay local first, with optional private iCloud sync across your Apple devices.

RECORD, TRANSCRIBE AND REVIEW
With everyone's permission, record a nearby conversation using your iPhone's microphone. On-device transcription turns the recording into text. On compatible devices, Apple Intelligence can help turn the transcript into draft meeting notes for you to review. You can still save from the transcript when generated notes are unavailable.

Recording captures nearby speech, not audio from another app's call. Inform everyone before recording. Recoverable recording drafts stay on your iPhone until saved or discarded.

SET UP YOUR WAY
Choose your calendars, working hours and preparation time. Notifications, iCloud sync, and sharing usage and diagnostics are optional. Try a sample meeting before subscribing.

INTERVAL PRO
Interval is free to download and requires a monthly or annual Interval Pro subscription for full access. Prices and any introductory offer eligibility are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or after an applicable free trial. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your plan in Apple Account settings.

Requires iOS 26 or later. On-device transcription depends on supported languages and downloaded speech assets. Generated notes require compatible hardware and Apple Intelligence to be enabled and available.
