## What is Interval Pal?

A clear interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuits and boxing rounds. Big countdown, cues you can hear over your music, and it keeps running with your phone locked.

Set it up in seconds
Choose your work and rest times, exercises per round, rounds, rest between rounds and a get-ready countdown. The total time shows straight away. Tap play and go.

Easy to read mid-set
• Big countdown digits and a bold color for each phase, readable from across the room
• The screen stays on for the whole workout
• Pause, skip forward or back, or restart whenever you like

Cues you can hear
• 3-2-1 beeps and different sounds for work and rest
• Plays on silent and over your music or podcast
• Your music dips for a moment at each cue, and can stay low through short intervals
• Vibration too, if you like

Locked phone, still on time
Lock your iPhone and the cues keep playing on time, with a live countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Your workouts, your way
• Six built-in workouts: Classic Tabata, HIIT Standard, EMOM Style, Quick Burn, Endurance Builder and Strength Intervals
• Save your own workouts and start any of them in one tap, or put one on the Timer to tweak it first
• Share workouts with friends by link
• Home Screen quick actions to jump straight in

Track your progress
• Workout history with trends over 7, 30 and 90 days
• Apple Health: workouts are saved to Health, and heart rate and calories recorded by your Apple Watch show in your summary
• Your Pal gets stronger: finish workouts to level your Pal up from Rookie to Champion, and your Home Screen icon changes with it

Make it yours
• 16 color themes and custom timer colors
• Supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion

Your workouts stay on your iPhone. No account, no ads.
