This app is a nice, straightforward interval timer with alarms and programmable work and rest periods. It would be AMAZING if it were also available on the watch, but with a free app, we can only ask for so much 🤷🏻‍♀️

This app is great for setting multiple timers with “work” sessions and rest periods, that repeat for the number of exercises and that you are completing. A bell can notify you when each period is over.
