## What is Interval Timer?

A simple and beautiful interval timer - without any ads!

Create your workout in a few intuitive steps:

1. set a length for the interval and the pause
2. set the number of runs and the rest between them
3. add your own exercises or train freely
4. let's go!
5. listen to your favourite music during your workout - audio signals tell you when the break starts and when it starts again.

6. save the workout and train with it whenever you want.
You can also buy different workouts in our shop for a fair price. This list will be extended with many more good workouts in the future.

Most important features:
-set interval, rest, runs and lap rest
-create your own exercises - give them a name and optionally a description
-edit your exercises or delete them again
-set the workout to run in the background; you will be notified when the interval/break starts
- beautiful training UI - you can see exactly how long the session goes on and what the current and next exercise is
