## What is Interval Timer?

A clean, powerful interval timer for Tabata, HIIT, boxing, running intervals, EMOM, AMRAP and custom workouts.

No ads. No account. Start your workout in one tap and follow clear voice, bell and haptic cues, so your focus stays on training instead of on your phone.

BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING
Designed for workouts where every second matters:
• Tabata 20s work / 10s rest
• HIIT circuits
• Boxing and MMA rounds
• Run / walk intervals
• EMOM and AMRAP workouts
• Mobility, stretching and custom routines

TRAIN BY SOUND
Choose the cue style that fits your session:
• Voice Coach for guided intervals
• Boxing Bell for round-based training
• Music Friendly mode for workouts with music
• Silent Haptics when you want no sound

BIG TIMER. ZERO GUESSING.
The workout screen is built to be readable while moving:
• Huge countdown numbers
• Clear WORK and REST states
• Color-coded phases
• Next interval preview
• Round progress
• Simple pause, skip and stop controls

CUSTOM ROUTINES
Build your own interval structure in seconds:
• Work duration
• Rest duration
• Rounds
• Warmup and cooldown
• Sound mode
• Custom Tabata, HIIT, boxing and running timers

MADE TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
Focused, fast and minimal:
• One-tap start
• Control lock during workouts
• Cues keep firing with the screen off
• Clean dark interface
• No clutter
• No social feed
• No workout videos you did not ask for

Whether you train at home, in the gym, on the track or in a boxing class, this timer keeps you on the next interval.

Train by sound. Move on time.
