Not sure what they are doing here but however the app was updated will no longer recognize my premium subscription that auto renews. Really disappointing. The app used to be great. And now I can’t use it.

I’ve paid for 12 months Premium, yet the APP will not allow Premium access no matter what I do. Worked for 4 years perfectly fine but now, nothing. Can’t send feedback requesting help via the APP. Can’t send request for help via APP store as undeliverable. What the hell - have they gone under and not communicated anything? It used to be amazing - now I have no idea what’s going on. I rely on this APP for my work, so I’m really angry.

Like a previous review I have been using this app for a number of years, paying for the premium service - it had been great. However I’ve recently have been unable to access the premium features. I have tried restoring and deleting the app but it does not work. I’ve contacted the support email and had no reply. Disappointing will now need to find a more reliable app service.

I have used this app for a few years. This time it went to auto renew and after the renewal was processed, I lost access to my premium timers. I attempted to restore from their subscription screen: unsuccessful.  I attempted to repurchase thinking that was the issue, Apple confirmed I was charged on August 17th and I have a subscription through 2027. I have now emailed customer service twice, no response. I uninstalled and re-installed, no luck.  Will likely be requesting refund and finding another timer. Too bad, this one worked great for years.

I’ve used this time for years with no issue. Until recently. I switched iPads, my subscription moved over, no issue. I was testing the music function of the app and for some reason the app decided to remove my premium account and was downgraded to the basic option. I tried to restore and it said that I had to do this under the name of the subscription. I checked all items and tied again. No luck. So, as a temp fix because I was about to workout, I subscribed to a trial membership. When I did this, everything went through payment wise, except the premium access. Payment and all processed but I’m still stuck with the basic access. Now I have 2 PAID subscriptions under the same account with no premium access. How? So, I sent an email to the email address the app says, no response. It’s been a week and nada.

This app has been helpful for my interval training workouts. I appreciate not having to push buttons between each set! I often cover the ads at the bottom of the screen; however, because there are occasionally ads for a pornographic site.

A few days ago, I opened the app to teach my workout class. The app prompted me to renew my membership. I did so, and my Apple account says I did so, but when I went into the app the routines were locked under “premium”. I tried again, and the same problem happened. When I tried to renew my membership again, it gave me a “purchase error code” and said I already had the subscription. I deleted and redownloaded the app hoping that would fix it, but the routines deleted and the same error code is happening when I sign up/ restore my account. Another error message that pops up when I click restore says that I must be signed in with the Apple account I used originally. The app itself gives me no “login” option to do so. I have the same iCloud/Apple account that I have had since I downloaded the app. The app has completely deleted my 10 routines that I had made and saved in there for work.
