### 3/5 — Apple Watch Option?

*2026-07-31, version 2.1.22*

Is it an option to use this app on your Apple Watch? It’s a great app but it’s not connecting to my watch or I can’t sync my Spotify as advertised

### 3/5 — I would love an Apple Watch app!

*2026-07-25, version 2.1.22*

Great app. Does exactly what I need except also show up on my Apple Watch. I’d love to be able to start, stop, pause from my watch when my phone isn’t accessible. The phone is great when I’m doing solo workouts. In group classes we often do portions of workouts at our own pace and I’d love to have the app counting and tracking for me during those too.

### 4/5 — Really enjoy this app

*2026-05-25, version 2.1.22*

The only thing I wish it had was sounds and voices for meditations/yoga sessions. I love that I can make my own templates but the sounds and voice is better suited for work outs, rather than having a relaxing option. But I love how flexible the app is and will continue to use it and hope in a future update it can have these options added.

### 4/5 — Im loving it

*2026-05-20, version 2.1.22*

Excellent app- easy to use.

### 3/5 — Decent

*2026-03-29, version 2.1.22*

It’s a decent app, but for it to be 5 stars it should be able to be rotated into horizontal or landscape mode so when playing it on home gym TV it actually uses the full screen instead of a weird portrait mode with big black boxes on either side.

### 1/5 — Its a trap

*2026-03-06, version 2.1.22*

Its a trap: if works once in a lame mode then asks you to either subscribe or leave.

### 3/5 — Needs more flexibility

*2026-02-17, version 2.1.20*

The app seems pretty cool if you’re doing single step workouts. If you are doing a workout that has 2 timed movements you cannot. It only allows 1 workout then a rest per round. Example jog 5min plus 1min burst then rest.

### 4/5 — Not Free

*2026-01-02, version 2.1.19*

I wanted a simple free interval timer but this wasn’t truly free.

### 1/5 — It is not free

*2025-12-29, version 2.1.19*

Said it is free, but have to pay for it

### 1/5 — Too awkward to use

*2025-12-27, version 2.1.19*

So complicated it is unusable.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — NOT FREE

*2026-08-11, version 2.1.22*

This app requires a membership. It is NOT free

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-08-10, version 1.5.9*

Bad

### 1/5 — Paid entry

*2026-07-08, version 2.1.22*

Booooo, let’s you download to immediately show you a paywall

### 1/5 — Charged for a free trial

*2026-06-05, version 2.1.22*

I signed up for a free trial, canceled before it ended, and was STILL charged $27.49 for the subscription! Apple reversed it because I disputed it, but that is a shady business practice. Do not trust them!

### 1/5 — Staff prompting for review reviews

*2026-05-26, version 2.1.22*

Stop prompting for reviews

### 1/5 — Very disappointed

*2026-05-14*

I was using this on a free trial for a class I had to sub for. If it worked I was going to buy it. As the class started I was blocked from using it by a message asking me to pay an annual, even though I tried to, with my class standing in front me, the system froze. So I won’t be purchasing from you

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2026-04-07, version 2.1.22*

Wont let me past the homepage without signing page without making me put my details in for a free trail, not free like its advertised.

### 1/5 — You have to pay or un-useable

*2026-03-31, version 2.1.22*

Downloaded assuming their was probably in app purchases but you can’t use the app at all without payment …

### 1/5 — Can’t use without a paid subscription

*2026-03-27, version 2.1.22*

Can’t use without a paid subscription. Garbage.

### 1/5 — Not free

*2026-03-10, version 2.1.22*

why the hell would i pay for a membership for a timer… be serious

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great workout timer

*2026-07-19, version 2.1.22*

Has lots of customization and preset workouts. 1 week free trial and then lifetime access option that is pretty affordable.

### 5/5 — Been using this every day for the last couple years

*2026-07-08, version 2.1.22*

I have at least 75 made up workouts that I use on a daily basis. This app is fantastic. Couldn’t live without it🙌🙌

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-07-06, version 2.1.22*

Easy to use, took me 5 min to put an entire routine into it. Well worth the cost

### 5/5 — Great for Customized PT and Core Workouts at Home

*2026-04-11*

I’ve had this app for the past four months and use it to make customized timers for my core workouts and physical therapy. So far, it definitely keeps me motivated and on track! It’s nice to see exactly how long something will take me before I start, and once I hit start it’s I’ve already won because everything is laid out for me in advance—there’s no backing out! Also keeps track of my activities over the last week/month/6mo/1yr, meaning I can take it to my physical therapist and easily show them my performance without having to estimate or beat around the bush about doing (or not doing) my exercises every day.

The sound/chime customization options are nice, and the appearance is fairly sleek and straight forward.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and flexible

*2026-03-30, version 2.1.22*

Quick and easy to set up a variety of workouts.

### 5/5 — Colors

*2026-03-19, version 2.1.22*

Green and red backgrounds. Should be switched
Green for go red for stop . I’m just glancing at the timers while exercising. Would make it easier.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-01-10*

This is a great app. It does what it is designed for. I use it every gym session. Worth the money.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-01-06, version 2.1.19*

Great job. Keep the focus

### 5/5 — It helps

*2026-01-03, version 2.1.19*

This app allows me to concentrate on the work and not the timer! Interval workouts are the core of my exercises. Couldn’t do them effectively without this app.

### 5/5 — Very adaptable to any need

*2025-12-31, version 2.1.19*

Allows for many alternatives. Practical. Best one for my REHIITS. Also the add ons allows for better usage.

Personally the best. I have referred this app to all my friends close in sports
