## What is Interval Walking Timer?

Simple timer for interval fast walking. It switches between slow walking mode and fast walking mode every 3 minutes. The Apple Watch vibrates to notify you when it is time to switch modes. Heart rate, total time, and total distance are displayed in real time, so you can monitor your current heart rate and adjust your walking speed to meet your target heart rate.

今までワークアウトアプリで毎朝のウォーキングの記録をしていました。
3分毎に通知してくれる機能はないので必然的に普通のウォーキングになっていました。
検索でこちらを見つけ、とても重宝しています。
①一画面で心拍数、距離、経過時間がわかり、さらに一時停止と再開ボタンもあるので画面遷移する事なくすぐ操作できる。
②速歩かゆっくりか色分けされており、経過時間もグラフ？で動いていくのでパッと感覚的にわかる。
③3分経過の通知はWatchの振動で画面等を見なくてもOK
④ヘルスケアとフィットネスに連携すると記録がちゃんとそちらに保存される。
もう言うことなしです！
長く使いたいので今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いします🤲

基本的に使いやすいのですが、速歩とゆっくりの切り替えダイアログが出たままとなりxボタンも効かなくなる時があります。
測定動作は計測しているようです。
この状態になると強制終了するしかありません。
「ワークアウトを通知」の処理と重なると起きるようですが、通知をしない設定があるのでしょうか？

追伸:
ワークアウトの「安否確認リマインダー」をオフにする事で現象は出なくなっています。
