I use intervals.icu as my primary workout/fitness planning and tracking hub, but until Intervals Companion the only way to view my stats was through the web app. With Intervals Companion I can load up my Home Screen and my Apple Watch face with beautiful widgets that update instantly after I complete a workout! If you use intervals.icu this app should be considered mandatory. The developer did a great job keeping the app laser focused and lightweight too, so you don’t have to worry about battery drain. This app gives you detailed information about your workouts and offers comprehensive analysis of your performance. So far there is one issue that bothers me. I currently live in China, the Chinese government requires all domestic mapping services to use a coordinate system called GCJ-02, which differs from WGS-84. This results in a fixed offset of workout routes displayed in the app. I wonder if you could look into it and come up with a transformation of the two coordinate systems, so that I can see my workout route clean and neat. Much appreciated. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting me know about this. I'll look into it and see if I can get a fix into the 3.3 release. ### 5/5 — Flawless Integration with Apple Health *2026-04-20* I use an Apple Watch and had been recording most of my workouts natively on the Workout app along with the Apple Health app. As I started to get a bit more serious with my training I decided I wanted more stats and load estimations to better guide my training and that’s when I created an Intervals.ICU account. Well, this app made the exporting of my data to Intervals.ICU seamless.
