## What is IntervalVana?

Open fast. Start fast. Stay in the timer.

IntervalVana is a focused interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, Interval, Yoga, Meditation, and Custom sessions — not a full wellness platform. Run structured work/rest rounds with a full-screen timer, sound and haptics on segment changes, and a calm session summary when you finish. For general fitness and mindfulness timing — not medical advice or personal training certification.

No account required. Your timer sessions and coach tips are processed on your iPhone — IntervalVana does not send coaching questions to our servers or third-party AI APIs.

TIMER MODES

• Format starters — ladder, pyramid, EMOM generators in Advanced Builder (Premium)
• Inline hints for sensible HIIT pacing — deterministic, not medical prescriptions

ON-DEVICE COACH (NOT CLOUD AI)
• Today's suggestion chips on Home and AI Coach — light planning from your recent sessions
• Ask for session ideas — short answers from on-device rules grounded in your session rhythm (Free: 3 Ask/day; Premium: unlimited)
• Suggestions and Ask use deterministic on-device logic — not a cloud chatbot and not open-ended AI chat
• Wellness disclaimer on Coach — general guidance, not medical or trainer advice
• Future updates may add on-device Apple Intelligence for Ask when available on supported devices — not marketed until shipped

• Session totals and timer minutes for everyone
